Our 12 Week Self-Defense Program - Basic
This 12 week course has been designed to teach you thirty self defense techniques that will help you in a myriad of street situations. This is not your standard self defense course and most martial arts schools don’t teach these types of techniques. These techniques are designed to teach you how to defend yourself against any opponent including martial artists. There aren’t any rules in the street, and therefore you are taught the dirtiest streetwise defenses to save your life.
Suitable for men or women 15 years and older. No experience or prior training is required.Course Outline:

Week 1: Introduction, anatomy, understanding your weapons, and vital areas of the body

Weeks 2-4: Techniques- how to use your weapons i.e.punches, kicks, knees, elbows and gouges

Week 5: Intro to Balance, footwork and movement

Week 6: Break-fall practice to prevent injury from falls

Weeks 7 - 8: Basic grappling and submission holds

Week 9: Basic escapes from holds

Week 10: The Application - Simulate techniques in street situations

Weeks 11 - 12: Adrenaline response training – here’s where you defend yourself in street llike situations
Required Equipment:
Limited Liability Waiver: You must complete the Limited Liability Waiver and be up to date on payments before participating in any classes.
